Eucalyptus Wood Bar Stools with Cushions, Set of 2
Available in stock
Settle onto one of these at the outdoor bar and the seat leans you back a few degrees, with a rail waiting under your feet. An evening of drinks and conversation goes by without your back asking you to move.
A slight recline you notice by the end of the night
The seat is set back a few degrees rather than dead vertical, and it comes with a cushion instead of a bare wood seat. Between the angle, the padding, and the footrest, these are stools you settle into rather than balance on. The off-white cushion covers lift off when you want to bring them in.
Eucalyptus, a close cousin to teak
Eucalyptus is a dense, oily hardwood from the same family people choose for teak's weather resistance, at a friendlier price. Left outside it slowly silvers to a soft gray, so if you want to keep the warm brown tone, a coat of exterior oil once a year brings it back.
They hold a real 400 lbs and belong with the rest of our outdoor bar stools. To furnish the whole table, our patio dining sets carry through the same easygoing look.

Eucalyptus Bar Stool FAQs
What size table do these eucalyptus bar stools fit?
What size table do these eucalyptus bar stools fit?
The seats sit at 29.5 inches, which is true bar height, so they pair with bar tables and counters in the 40 to 43 inch range. On a lower counter around 36 inches they will feel tall. Measure your table height before ordering.
Do the eucalyptus bar stools come with cushions?
Do the eucalyptus bar stools come with cushions?
Yes, each stool includes an off-white seat cushion, and the covers are removable so you can bring them in or wash them. Between the cushion and the slight seat recline, they are built for sitting through a long evening rather than a quick perch.
Is eucalyptus a good wood for outdoor furniture?
Is eucalyptus a good wood for outdoor furniture?
It is a dense, oily hardwood from the same category of weather-resistant woods as teak, which is why it holds up outside. Like all natural wood it weathers, so a yearly coat of exterior oil keeps the warm tone if you would rather it not silver to gray.
How much weight do they hold?
How much weight do they hold?
Each stool is rated to 400 lbs, well above most bar stools, on a solid eucalyptus frame with a footrest that adds stability. That headroom is why they feel planted rather than tippy.
Will the eucalyptus change color outdoors?
Will the eucalyptus change color outdoors?
Left untreated, it fades from warm brown toward a soft silver-gray, which many people like. To hold the original tone, wipe the wood down and apply a coat of exterior wood oil once a year.
