Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
We ship free to all addresses in the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days after processing. Larger sets that ship by freight carrier can take up to 20 business days depending on your location and the carriers serving your area. Estimated delivery timing is shown on each product page.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We are unable to deliver to:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands
- PO boxes
- APO and FPO military addresses
- International addresses
If an order is placed to one of these destinations we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Carrier selection
Larger items ship by freight carriers selected by our fulfillment partners. We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific carrier.
Receiving your delivery
Larger sets ship in multiple boxes, and those boxes may not all arrive on the same day. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
Please inspect all boxes for visible damage before signing for the delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the driver and photograph it before opening. This protects any claim you may need to make.
Tracking your order
Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email openairfurnitureusa@gmail.com and we will look into it.
