Open Air Furniture LLC is an online retailer specializing in outdoor patio furniture for homes across the contiguous United States. We offer sectionals, conversation sets, dining sets, and lounge seating built for real outdoor conditions rather than a single good summer.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We source through US-based supplier networks that stock and ship domestically, which is how we are able to offer free shipping on US orders and reasonable delivery times on items that are genuinely difficult to ship.

Being a retailer means our job is selection and service rather than production. We think that is worth being straightforward about. What we control is which products we choose to carry, how accurately we describe them, and how we look after you when something goes wrong.

Not every item we come across makes it onto the site. Before we list anything we look at the frame construction underneath the finish, the UV treatment on synthetic wicker, cushion thickness and fill, weight capacity, and whether the supplier has a reliable record of actually shipping on time. A set that looks good in photographs but sits on an untreated steel frame will fail at the welds within two seasons, and we would rather not sell it to you.

Outdoor furniture is a considered purchase, it is expensive to return, and most of it is bought online sight unseen. So we publish dimensions, materials, weight capacities, and assembly details on every product page, and we write buying guides that tell you when a product is not right for you. If a nine-piece set will overwhelm your deck, we would rather say so before you order.

Sizing is the single most common reason outdoor furniture gets returned, and return shipping on freight items is expensive. If you are unsure whether a set will work in your space, send us your patio dimensions before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it fits. We would much rather talk you into the right set than process a return.
