What to include
If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number so we can find it quickly. For delivery damage or warranty claims, attaching photographs lets us resolve things considerably faster, usually within three business days.
Before you order
Sizing is the single most common reason outdoor furniture gets returned, and return shipping on freight items is expensive. If you are unsure whether a set will work in your space, send us your patio dimensions before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it fits. We would much rather talk you into the right set than process a return.
