Folding Outdoor Bar Stools, Set of 4
Available in stock
Extra seating has an awkward problem. You need it a few times a summer, when people come over, and the rest of the year it takes up room you would rather have back.
They fold down to four inches
Each stool collapses to about four inches thick, so the whole set of four stacks against a garage wall or slides behind a door out of season. When guests show up you pull them out, and they are ready to sit on with no setup. That is the trade most folding furniture asks you to make, comfort for storage, and here you are not giving up much.
A real seat, not a camp stool
Folding usually means a flat sling you tolerate. These have a shaped fabric seat, a back to lean on, and a footrest at the right height, so they hold up through a long evening rather than a quick sit. A set of four means you are covered when the patio fills up.
They hold 330 lbs each and store flat between uses, and they round out our outdoor bar stools. Setting a bigger table for a crowd? Our patio dining sets are the next place to look.

Folding Bar Stool FAQs
How flat do these folding bar stools fold?
How flat do these folding bar stools fold?
Each stool folds to about four inches thick, so the set of four stacks flat against a wall, behind a door, or in a closet between uses. That is the main reason to choose them over fixed stools if storage space is tight.
Do the folding bar stools need assembly?
Do the folding bar stools need assembly?
No. They arrive folded and ready, so you unfold each one and sit. There are no parts to put together, which also makes them quick to set out when guests arrive and quick to put away after.
What table height do they fit?
What table height do they fit?
The seats sit at 28 inches, which suits counter-height and lower bar-height tables in roughly the 36 to 40 inch range. On a full 42 inch bar table they will feel a touch low, so check your table height first.
Are folding stools comfortable enough to sit on for a while?
Are folding stools comfortable enough to sit on for a while?
These are built more like a chair than a camp stool, with a shaped fabric seat, a backrest, and a footrest at the right height. They hold up through an evening rather than just a quick perch, which is the point of buying the more comfortable version.
How much weight does each folding stool hold?
How much weight does each folding stool hold?
Each is rated to 330 lbs on a metal frame. The folding joints lock open when the stool is set up, so it feels stable to sit on rather than flimsy.
