Acacia Wood Storage Bench, 47 Gallon
Available in stock
A good-looking wooden box that hides the garden gloves, the pool noodles, and the extra cushions is one of the most useful things you can put on a porch. This acacia storage bench does double duty as a seat for two, so it earns its spot twice over.
47 gallons behind a lid you'll actually open
Inside there's a 45 by 16 by 15-inch compartment, enough for tools, toys, or a stack of seat cushions. The lid lifts on flexible hinges with a galvanized handle, and the slatted sides let air move so things don't get musty. It isn't a watertight box, so it's best under a covered porch or eave, where it keeps everything dry and tidy.
A bench first, a box second
The acacia frame is finished with teak oil for a warm, lustrous look and rated to 355 pounds on the lid, plenty for two people to sit and pull off their boots. A fresh coat of oil once a year keeps it glowing.
