3-Piece Cast Aluminum Patio Bistro Set with Cushions
Out of stock
A two seat set is perfect for the balcony, the corner of a yard, or the spot by the door where you drink your coffee before anyone else is up. This one brings real cast metal to that small footprint.
Cast, not tube bent
The frames are formed by traditional casting, which is why the chairs and table carry actual relief patterning in the metal instead of the plain bent tube most bistro sets use. Cast aluminum is also heavier than tubing, so the set doesn't skid across a deck in wind.
A finish built for weather, not just color
Every surface is aluminum under a high temperature polyester powder coat, which resists corrosion and holds up against UV. The cushions are water resistant, so a light rain while you're inside isn't a reason to run out and collect them.

Caring for your bistro set
All aluminum
No steel anywhere in the frame, so there is nothing in it to rust out.
Powder coated finish
High temperature polyester coating resists UV and corrosion rather than just adding color.
Water resistant cushions
A passing shower is fine. A long soaking is still worth avoiding.
Cast Aluminum Bistro Set FAQs
What is the difference between cast aluminum and regular tube aluminum?
What is the difference between cast aluminum and regular tube aluminum?
Cast aluminum is poured into a mold, which allows the detailed relief patterns you see here and produces a heavier, more substantial frame. Tube aluminum is bent hollow stock, lighter and plainer.
Will a lightweight bistro set blow around on a windy balcony?
Will a lightweight bistro set blow around on a windy balcony?
This one is less prone to it than most. Cast aluminum carries real weight, so the set stays put in conditions that would skid a hollow tube chair across the tile.
Does the cast aluminum bistro set rust?
Does the cast aluminum bistro set rust?
There is no steel in it to rust. It is entirely aluminum under a high temperature powder coat that also resists UV, so the finish holds rather than chalking.
Are the bistro cushions safe to leave out in the rain?
Are the bistro cushions safe to leave out in the rain?
They are water resistant, so a passing shower will not ruin them. For an extended soaking, bringing them in still extends their life considerably.
Is a 3 piece bistro set large enough for breakfast for two?
Is a 3 piece bistro set large enough for breakfast for two?
Yes, that is exactly its use. The table takes two place settings and drinks, and the set is compact enough to leave in a corner or by a door permanently.
